Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables may be transferred as defined in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, reusable components, frameworks, libraries, templates, and third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

Websites and applications may depend on hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, analytics tools, email services, or other third-party platforms. We are not liable for interruptions, pricing changes, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
8. Payment Gateway and API Integrations
Any payment gateway or API structure provided in source code is a placeholder unless production credentials are separately configured by authorized parties. Clients are responsible for complying with relevant payment, privacy, and security obligations.
9. Warranty and Support
Support terms, bug-fix windows, maintenance coverage, and service levels will be defined in the relevant agreement. Issues caused by unauthorized modifications, third-party changes, hosting problems, or misuse may require separate support fees.
10. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption losses.
